PLEASE SPREAD THE MESSAGE. Police are looking for the parents (or whoever left her in the stairwell). This is the surveillance video released by police on January 31, 2008. IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT Police at 416-808-3305 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477). "The little girl was found at around 12:30pm at Finch and Leslie Square and was rushed to North York General Hospital. Had it not been for a shopper stumbling upon the infant, she likely would have succumbed to the elements. "The baby was located face-down right on the cement floor in the stairwell, and she was suffering from some bleeding to her nose and mouth area, and our investigation at this time has discovered additional injuries to the child as well," reveals Staff. Sgt. Don Cole. A police command post has been set up as officers try to identify the child and find out why the baby was left alone in the cold. She is described as black, with a light complexion, and was found wearing a green hat and a white snowsuit with a pink jumper underneath." www.citynews.ca
